B. Arch Eligibity Criteria

Eligibility Criteria :

 

 (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.

 

(ii) The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50 % (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50 % (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.

(ii) The candidate should have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in aggregate.

 

(iii)The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e.JEE) or NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture; (iv) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

 

Students seeking admission to First year of Bachelor’s degree course in Architecture must fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by  Savitribai Phule Pune University / Govt. of Maharashtra / DTE/ Council of Architecture as applicable from time to time.
